We provided a variety of services and rentals for Southeast Festivals and Events Association's 2020 Annual Conference at Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa Conference Center. This two day event consisted of presentations, seminars, open discussions, live music, and an awards ceremony. We provide sound and video support in the main hall and a full scale sound and lighting production for the three band showcase featuring Dirty Grass Soul, Rusty Wright Band, and Jim Quick & Coastline. We also provided projectors for the breakout rooms, UV lighting for a glow party, and a smaller sound system in the lobby for cocktail hour. Big thanks to Lisa McCray and SFEA for having us on board for this fun event. She and her team kept us well informed from start to finish. Additional thanks to Mike, Taylor, and the Marriott staff for being so accommodating and everyone else who played a role in making this very involved multi-day event smooth and successful. We provided sound and stage lighting at Singin' River Live for a Valentines Day show featuring Pond Diver and Ethan Sak. Both acts sounded great. Our go to sound solution for this venue has been 4 DAS-Vantec 218a subs with 4 EV-ETX35P tops. This system goes up quickly and requires just 2 20 amp circuits though it actually draws less. Even with 4 powered monitors and 6 12x18w LED pars 3 circuits provides plenty of power. Thanks to Kira with Singin' River Brewing Company for always being so accommodating and Party Plus By Grand Rental Station for bringing out their massive disco ball. Let us take care of your event's sound, lighting, rentals or entertainment. 
Quarters were tight but we still had a blast providing sound for Believe It Or Yacht last Saturday. The group did a great job providing entertainment for a wedding reception at the Boiler Room - Florence. Even with up to 14 people playing and singing at times it was still smooth sailing. Big thanks to Tyler Ross for having us on board and the Boiler Room staff for all their help. We're looking forward to working with this fun group again. Congratulations Ben and Kim.
We provided sound, basic lighting, and video assistance for the Christmas Gathering Dinner hosted by Common Ground Shoals at Singin' River Live. The dinner featured a performance by the CGS children's choir and our pal Cedric Burnside. Our EV ETX system filled the space well. Special thanks to Will Trapp for having us on board and of course the staff at Singin' River Brewing Company for always working with us on scheduling.  This was our third weekend in a row at Singin' River Live. We provided sound and lighting for Phi Mu at the University of North Alabama's Bonnamu 2019 featuring Brandon Elder Music and Katlyn Diana Barnes. Proceeds went to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Special thanks to Reagan Ritchie with Phi Mu for orchestrating this event and Kira Matthews with Singin' River Brewing Company for always being accommodating and helpful with vendors.  We returned to Singin' River Live to provide sound and lighting for the Space Tyger album release show with Hayden Scott Kunselman. Even with 4 DAS Vantec218a subs, 4 EV ETX-35p mains, 6 EV powered 12" monitors, 4 200w LED movinghead beams, 11 LED par cans, and 1 haze machine we still only required 3 20a circuits. Proceeds from the show went to Room in the Inn Shoals. Thanks to Single Lock Records, Rivertown Coffee Co., and all the other sponsors.  We were happy to provide wedding ceremony audio, reception DJ, uplighting, and cake spot at Joe Wheeler State Park-Alabama. The ceremony for this wedding was brought inside due to rain but we were able to provide 20' of white drape and ambient accent lighting to make for a nice ceremony layout. Congratulations Kaitlyn and Mark.  We were glad to be a part of the inaugural Muscle Shoals Songwriters Festival. This was a two day event held across The Shoals area in multiple venues and featured nearly 90 songwriters from all over the country. We provided sound and lighting at Singin' River Live Friday night for the Nashville Songwriter Showcase featuring Troy Jones, Clint Daniels, Mark Nesler, Drew Parker, Faren Rachels, and Jordan Rager. Our Electro-Voice ETX mains and DAS Vantec218a subs provided plenty of headroom for the large space. On Saturday we provided sound for 18 additional songwriters at 306 BBQ Florence. Our compact but powerful EV EKX system got the job done there. Big thanks to Lillian Glanton and her team for having us on board and keeping such spread out festival running smoothly. This is an awesome, brand new barn style venue built specifically for weddings and events. Big thanks to venue owner Heather Bradford Sherrill (CREATE photography) for having us out. Heather and her team have years of experience in the wedding industry. This makes Bradford Farm and Venue an excellent choice for any event.  We're always happy to work at Montgomery Place.
